Everything was clean, organized, and the bed was comfortable. The person in charge was very helpful in finding the address, even though we arrived late. The heating wasn’t working or we didn’t know how to use it, and the bathroom was very cold. I don’t know how it would be in winter. The address listed in the app points to a garage; it might help to specify the location better.

The staff and owner were very friendly and animal lovers. The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, and Mara gave us a hug. The room was spotless. Highly recommended for travelers with pets.

Good location next to Bhf Trontano, 15 minutes from Domodossola. The room was fine, with a good mattress and decent infrastructure. The hotel was closed for two days, so dinner wasn’t possible; one evening the noisy crowd was shut in, and twice the breakfast was in a paper bag at the door. I saw no staff, which felt impersonal.
