The staff were very helpful when we asked to change rooms and the location is great, above Ella's center. The first room was overall clean but the sheets weren't, so we politely asked the staff to replace them and they brought new ones.

The family was kind and laundry service was available. Very noisy because it's on the road. We expected a beautiful setting from the photos, which only holds for the upper rooms. The 'eco' name doesn't really match. no space for the collective. The mosquito nets aren't very practical.

They took excellent care of me; everything was great and breakfast was amazing, so I'd return in a heartbeat. The only downside was that the toilet could have been cleaner.

Nice views and good service. The humidity, which is understandable given the location, was a downside.
