Q, the lady at the unit, was very helpful and friendly, and Ellie the security dog was super cute.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room lacked a microwave and even basic cutlery for heating food.

Parking was convenient and the outdoor lighting made returning at night safe; the room itself was tidy, comfortable, and had plenty of cupboard space, with enough coffee and sugar supplied, plus an outside courtyard. I did have a small issue with the shower.
