The fireplaces, the homestead rooms, and the grounds were great. On the first night the lodge room had thin blankets, so I felt cold. There weren’t enough plates, cups, and bowls, and the shower pressure in the homestead was poor. The homestead also lacked a communal shower.
The location was good and the living area was spacious, with two toilets and two showers that worked well. Privacy from the adjoining property could improve, perhaps with curtains or blinds. Kitchen equipment wasn’t very clean, and the gas cylinder valve was seized so we couldn’t use the barbecue. I told the owner, who said they would look into the cleaning and barbecue issues.

The place was very well equipped with quality appliances, dishes, and everything else. We especially loved the fireplace with wood provided!

“Rejuvenation in the countryside”
Everything was almost perfect, and the location kept us away from the town’s hustle and bustle. We were surrounded by a marvelous garden and a little creek, and the host was very gracious. No complaints.
