Location and room. I felt that the noise from other rooms could be heard.

The service was exceptional, with a high level of cordiality and respect from the staff. However, the breakfast options were not as impressive, scoring only 60% in my opinion. Overall, the quality of service was outstanding, but the breakfast could be improved.
