“i would not book this plase because of pool”
The beds are comfy and breakfast is good, but the pool was out of order with no lights, yet they still let me in. When I changed clothes in the dark near the pool, a family with small kids walked in, and the room I wanted was locked.

I booked a roll‑in shower room, called Holiday Inn at about 2 pm to say we’d check in at 10 pm, and the staff were friendly – I’ll remember that. When we arrived, the king‑size handicap room was unavailable because of a mechanical fault, so we were given two separate beds. With a tub shower, it felt like we had no shower at all. It’s disappointing that they didn’t call us to explain that the room we paid for wasn’t available. We need a refund for the handicap facility we booked and paid for. We were stuck in a room where we couldn’t lift our legs over the tub to shower while attending a nearby funeral.
