Stayed at the Casona and it was a real treat – the village of Zapatoca is stunning and Lucia is a fantastic host. Everything was spot‑on, no complaints.

The house is gorgeous, the gardens are a highlight. There’s a bit of street noise, but that’s to be expected since the room faces the road.

Lucia and her mother gave us an exceptional welcome, walking us through everything Zapatoca has to offer. The local, family‑style vibe, comfy clean room with warm touches, and the breakfast was delicious.
