“Terrible service..!!!”
The location is great, but after a 10h drive with 4 adults we found a broken sleeping sofa and only a broken 1‑person stretcher in the room. We reported it right away and were told nothing could be done, all stretchers were sold out, and “we will come back to you tomorrow.” We ended up sleeping in the king bed with 4 adults! The receptionist’s “I don’t give a shit” attitude was horrifying, and the manager (he said…) was not available. The next morning we had to chase them again and finally got a different room with a working sofa bed. We chased them, but no agreement or compensation was reached. Unbelievably unprofessional behavior from El Cordova!
