The location was great, but the room, towels, soap, and space were all low quality.

The breakfast was very good, yet the bathroom smelled like sewage and the scent spread through the whole room.

We disliked everything; at check‑in the staff didn’t even ask if we needed help with our luggage, showing a total lack of courtesy. For the price paid there was no benefit: I asked for two single beds and got a room with one double and one single, leaving barely any space to move; the linens were yellowed and smelled old; there were no sockets by the bedside and no switch for the room light; the bathroom was substandard, with a loose toilet and no gap between it and the shower, the shower tray was patched with Durepox glue, looking dirty. The coffee was weak, the cakes were artificial ready‑mix and flavorless, and even the French bread was just foam. A careless hotel that I will never recommend or revisit, as it doesn’t deliver quality for the price.

The housekeeping was fine. The location was great, the staff were attentive, and the coffee was good.
