This simple, cozy pousada was a delight; the host Rodrigo and Jô were wonderful, the bed was comfortable, linens and towels were clean, and the breakfast was a treat with fresh eggs, bacon, and freshly squeezed juices. I highly recommend it 😃

The breakfast was excellent, the location was good, and the owner and staff were very friendly. The room was very basic and unfinished; the double bed was comfortable but narrow. The pousada’s facilities are still incomplete, the price is too high for what’s offered, and the sewage smells foul and is blocked at the house door.

The hosts are excellent, available 24/7 on the property and ready to help with anything you need. The location is great, 5 minutes from Avenida Jabaquara and 25 minutes on foot from Paraty’s historic center. The grounds are beautiful, full of vegetation and local wildlife, and in the mornings macaque monkeys (titi monkeys) would arrive, very cute and harmless. The breakfast is 10/10. The room met 90% of my expectations; the décor wasn’t as polished as in the photos, but I wouldn’t say it was deficient or a negative point—just being fully honest and objective.

The breakfast was very good and served in a very pleasant setting. I didn’t like the street where the pousada is located; it seems the municipality doesn’t take care of that part of town and the sewage isn’t properly treated.
