I liked the cozy, slightly retro vibe of the rooms and the careful help with breakfast, plus the street parking was convenient. The décor felt a bit old‑fashioned but charming. However, the bathroom wasn’t suitable for my disabled wife; the toilet was too low to stand on and the shower had a high threshold that made entry difficult.

The bed was comfortable, the room offered great views, and the manager was super friendly and very professional. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. However, the property lacks a proper cooling solution for the summer heat; there is no air conditioning. They offered a fan that barely blew air and was very noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it on. Opening the windows isn’t a fix because mosquitoes come in. A good fan or AC would be appreciated, though I understand that hotels in northern Spain aren’t used to this year’s heat wave.
