The location is super convenient—everything is within walking distance, including the train and bus stations, and I didn’t use any transport except the shuttle to Diana! I liked everything absolutely!

Breakfast was perfect and the interior was beautiful, but the room and the whole hotel were a bit cold—though nothing terrible, and the heating improved instantly when I asked.

The location was perfect, the breakfasts were wonderfully hearty, the place was clean, the linens were good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were caring and attentive—everything I liked!

We spent a wonderful weekend at this lovely hotel in Karlovy Vary! ❤️ The hotel has such a peaceful, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to the wonderful owner and the nice girls at the reception. You are truly amazing people who make guests feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. The food was absolutely delicious, both at breakfast and dinner. We left with beautiful memories and warm feelings in our hearts. Thank you for making our weekend so special! ❤️
