I didn’t stay, I left for a different hotel. There were bugs and blood on the floor.

I checked in and never went back. The location wasn’t the hotel I thought I booked, it felt sketchy, and the bed was hard when I sat on it. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to stay the night. I didn’t complain, I just didn’t return.

“Needs better cleaning & maintenance - won’t be returning.”

The firm, bagged mattresses were comfortable and safe to sleep on, no bed‑bug signs outside, the A/C was cool, and the shower was hot with good pressure. No neighbor noise and plenty of parking were appreciated, and the location was very convenient. However, the floors were so dirty I ended up with black feet, the comforter was dirty, and the room smelled of smoke. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the interior was poorly maintained, plus there were a lot of flies when we arrived.

The checkout was at 11:00, but housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30, which was inconvenient.
