The location and free parking outside the door were great, the breakfast was well prepared, and the waitress was sweet. The room was very hot; there was a fan, but choosing between charging the phone or having the fan next to the bed meant I ended up charging the phone.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, great breakfast, and free parking outside the door. The room had many small conveniences. The carpeted floor in the room feels outdated.

“Beautiful old school hotel stay, feels lived in and familiar.”

Free parking in front of the property, a short walk to restaurants and bars, lovely staff, and easy self‑check‑in. The free cot we asked for our 2‑year‑old wasn’t very comfortable; the mattress was super thin and hard, so we improvised a mattress with a blanket.

“Passt für eine Nacht, aber leider auch nicht mehr. Das Bad war das Beste.”

Brand‑new bathroom, wonderful! The hotel sits on a street or bridge over the Saale, very convenient for traffic. Parking is in front of the building. The house is a bit older, with a creaky old staircase and beds with a single‑layer mattress.
