The location and the ability to stay with a dog were good. The hot spring was too lukewarm, and dinner was mediocre.

The room was generally good. The only access was stairs, and some stair treads had peeling anti‑slip coatings! There were few drinks available, and although breakfast was fine, the usual natto was missing.

You can roam around freely with your dog. The lounge has welcome coffee and a dog treat. The rooms are spacious enough and the hot spring is nice. I was confused by multiple check‑in and check‑out notification emails.

It was nice to have dog food when bringing a dog 😀 The meals were bad and disappointing; honestly, a simple convenience store breakfast would have sufficed. The outdoor dog run was completely unmaintained, so it couldn’t be used at all.
