The location was the only thing that mattered. The staff service was awful: we waited over 20 minutes at the gate with no one to open it, and the attendant falsely claimed he was only 5 minutes away. Inside, the rooms differed completely from the photos online, and the place was filthy—bedsheets, towels, and even the exterior were in bad shape. No clean, comfortable rooms were available, and the manager ignored our complaints and wouldn’t change the sheets, leaving us uncomfortable. Around 2 a.m., noise outside our window kept us awake until morning. Apart from the location, there was nothing good about this hotel; the experience was deeply disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend it.

They should upgrade their TV channels; at least add DSTV because Open View is dull.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and there was nothing else to mention.

The owner could not provide us with a backup generator,there was power shortage for 2 days.She said we rather book elsewhere,it was during the Comrades Marathon
