The price was great, the location convenient, parking easy, the pool inviting, staff friendly, breakfast tasty, and the bed super comfy, though the big bed pillows felt a bit off.

“Decent hotel in a great location for the price”

The building feels a bit old but the front desk was clean and very nice, and walking to Kroger, a coffee shop, and an awesome sushi restaurant was a breeze; the outdoor pool was spotless and the neighborhood quiet, yet the tub fixtures were awful—turning the knob only sent half the water into the shower, the rest stayed in the tub, and the nozzle seemed like it could fall off; breakfast was a disaster, with cloudy orange juice from one dispenser, powdered eggs, sausages, biscuits, apples, dry old mini bagels and muffins, no real fruit, no vegan choices except apples, and no decaf coffee.

“Quiet place to get some rest.”

The only issue was the small children using the bathroom, but the rest was fine, though the toilets themselves were small.

“Nice quant hotel! Close to shopping, only 20 mins from Nashville.”

I enjoyed shopping near the hotel, especially right by a 7brew, but the breakfast didn’t hit the mark.

“Overall, we had a very calm and pleasant stay. I would stay again.”

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of items we liked, and the coffee was excellent; the room was modern, comfy, and had great storage, the bed was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful—room service even tidied and replaced towels while we were out, and it was VERY QUIET, so we never felt anyone else was in the building; however, the front desk was often empty, our room phone was disconnected so we couldn’t get immediate help, the king bed pillows were tiny, the AC was off on arrival leaving the room hot and humid, so calling ahead to cool the room and bringing your own pillows would help, otherwise I was satisfied.
