We had everything we needed, only the TV was missing but we brought our own laptop and watched movies on it; the beach is just 7 minutes away. The hosts were very friendly and treated us to wine, which was a lovely touch. Thanks for a great stay!
A good guesthouse with a superb location and a luxurious balcony view of the mountains and sea. The rooms are clean. The hosts are very hospitable, the beach is a 5‑minute walk, and there are many great restaurants nearby, a public transport stop, and small grocery shops.

This guesthouse is fantastic! The owners are warm and create a homey atmosphere, and everyone else was welcoming and calm. It was pure pleasure to stay here. The location is very convenient – a relaxed 7‑10 minute walk to the beach, with clean, smooth pebbles and crystal‑clear warm water. A transport stop nearby lets you reach Batumi or Gonio and see the fortress (I recommend spending about 2 hours there). There are also cafés with home‑cooked food; the neighbors praised them, but we cooked everything ourselves using the fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishes, pots, pans). From the house to the road you climb a short 100‑meter serpentine (about 2 minutes); cars rarely use it. We enjoyed walking up the slope from the house for a breathtaking view of the city and coast. The rooms are spacious, each with a fridge. The beds are comfortable, and on our first night it got a bit chilly, so the host provided blankets. The shower is clean with steady hot water. Road noise is audible but doesn’t disturb sleep. The balconies and verandas are roomy and offer stunning views; we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Our whole group left with only the best memories!
