The staff were friendly, the location was close to Bates College, rooms were clean with good amenities, the breakfast was delicious, and there was nothing to complain about.

Breakfast and the pool were great, the room was clean and comfortable with a quiet air conditioner and a well‑designed layout, but the washer and dryer’s credit‑card payment system was offline and they wouldn’t work.

I appreciate how fancy and clean the building feels, giving a warm and comfy vibe; the room itself was very clean and proper, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, and I have no words for that.
