They made sure I had a parking spot, and the beach bar was available. Daily cleaning, replacement of consumables, and fresh sheets were handled well. The animation team tried hard, but I felt the level was weak with small talk, darts, bocha, and aqua gym. Fresh omelette was served every morning, though 30 minutes after breakfast the service began again. For the price, it felt like what you pay for. Nobody spoke English except two people from the animation team. Reception didn't speak English; I had to use a phone translator and they asked me to switch to "ruski translation" even though they listed UK, German, Russian, and Turkish. Food volume was enough but lacked meat and taste was mediocre; kitchen staff didn't speak English. Bar staff didn't speak English, and the beach bar staff didn't speak English except for one guy, probably the manager, who spoke English. Beer was non-alcoholic, so I drank over 20 per day to replace water. They had a "snack" but every day it was a bad burger, not even real meat. They reused leftover breakfast food for lunch/dinner and vice versa. 99% of guests were Russian, so the music played by the animation team was 80% Russian songs, 15% Turkish songs, and 5% international songs. The beach had stones/pebbles and less sand. Sunbeds were included, but the shade cover was weak and I got sunburned while on the sunbed. Animation was low level, even though they tried their best. I saw more 4‑star and 5‑star hotels in Turkey that were above Elamir. Don’t go if you don’t understand Russian or Turkish.

The room had no isolated window and it was somewhat loud.

The hotel was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, earning me a 9.0/10. The location was excellent—first hotel upon arrival in Kemer, not surrounded by huge resort complexes, allowing great mountain views. Staff worked hard, rooms were cleaned daily, and food was delicious with fresh grilled dishes each day. The beach was close, spacious, and always had free sun loungers and a beach bar with drinks and snacks. We also enjoyed the cute little farm on the way to the beach. Good Wi‑Fi. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d happily return. One downside was the amount of food waste created by some guests; it was disappointing to see large amounts of untouched food left on tables after meals. The beach area could also be improved: some guests left litter and cigarette butts, and there was damaged beach furniture. More frequent cleaning and adding ashtrays could keep the beach cleaner and more enjoyable for everyone.

Overall okay, giving a 7.0/10. The gym had weak equipment and was not clean.
