AS Hotel

Location and room. The bed was not a large double as I had indicated in the reservation request, which was approved. Instead I received two connected beds that were separated all the time. I could not approach reception in the morning because they work from 16 to 20, and no one answered the emergency phone.

A very pleasant and clean hotel, and the outside kiosk for booking was a great option. Everything was fine.

The rooms were great, the beds were nice, and the location near the autobahn was very convenient, plus the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was actually at their other hotel about 500 meters from our accommodation.

Close to the autobahn and reasonably priced.

The rooms were normal and the staff seemed okay. Checking in was awful—there was a box on the street, many questions, and we had to wait 45 minutes to check in because the machine didn’t recognize the postcode. No one answered the phone or the email, and suddenly something worked and we could check in. Next time, make it clear that check‑in is done via a machine on the street.
