An older property, but it’s immaculately clean with super friendly and helpful staff. No complaints.

I could use the onsen even with tattoos, except for large back tattoos; the ropeway is close and there’s a shuttle service, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but the room is a bit noisy.

The hotel is run by a warm family; the stay was very pleasant, and everyone was kind and friendly. The room was spacious and unique. We opted for the Japanese experience to try something different. We also enjoyed a Japanese-style breakfast that was truly elaborate; a different, delicious, and unique meal was served each day. The hotel features a relaxing onsen, and afterwards, you can sit on the terrace and unwind. There is also a kitchenette with hot drinks available. There wasn't really anywhere to put the suitcases. And there was a lack of outlets for charging mobile phones and other devices
