The location is perfect for exploring Brisbane and for accessing bus and train transport. Nothing to complain about.

The blackout blinds and comfortable bed were great, and the restaurant and the taxi button at the front desk were handy. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan and a lock, though.

The beds were very comfy, giving me a good night's sleep each night—surprisingly good, since most hotels disappoint. The balcony view was amazing, especially at night, and the room was very spacious. They refilled the fridge with milk and added extra hot chocolate, which was incredible. I didn’t like being close to a hospital; ambulances sounded all night, and people talked late on the street and through the walls of other rooms, so the walls aren’t noise‑cancelling.

“Clean, comfortable and great staff.”

The spot is convenient for my needs, and the dining facilities and bar were solid. The staff were friendly, eager to help, and fixed technical problems quickly. The bed kept shifting across the floor.
