I liked how convenient it was and the price was great, but everything else was just fine.

The new hotel is close to my son and his family and lets pets stay, but the in‑room coffee maker under the desk was hard to move, hard to see how to operate, and unsure if you added the right amount of water; luckily coffee is available in the lobby, so it wasn’t a big deal.

The place was heavily infested with crickets 🦗 even on the 2nd floor; I had to kill four in my room, reported it, and nothing was done; my sister on the 3rd floor had the same problem.
