The hotel’s location is spot‑on—just off the highway—and they’ve got separate parking for guests and the restaurant. The staff were friendly from check‑in to check‑out, even helping with luggage and answering questions. On departure they handed us a snow‑shovel and, in a nice touch, gave flowers to the ladies for International Women’s Day. Rooms were spotless with daily housekeeping and plenty of toiletries. The downside was the spa. The staff there were rude, constantly scolding us.
Breakfast was solid—lots of options and tasty.
Everything was fantastic—especially the kitchen, big thanks to the chef! The only thing that needs attention is the ongoing renovation; it should be finished sooner. I’m already planning to stay again once it’s done.
