Located 0.9 km from Mariborsko Pohorje Ski Area and 0.8 km from Maribor Thermal Spa, it provides free on‑site parking, bike hire, a seasonal terrace with coffee bar, and easy access to golf, cycling, horse riding and hiking.

Adequate breakfast with sweet, savory, yogurts, excellent bread, all fresh. Coffee, tea, juices, water. Absolutely fine. Great spot, a few minutes to the city center or the cable car, hassle‑free parking on private property. If you’re not after luxury but want to be minutes from nature and the cable car, this is a great place. The receptionist was lovely, nothing was a problem. Everything is calm and offers perfectly adequate comfort. We will definitely return! Maribor and its surroundings are beautiful, and we would gladly stay at Mlada Lipa again. An electric towel rail in the bathroom would be useful for wet towels, and we would have preferred softer pillows, though that is a personal preference.
