The setting and staff were friendly, but the breakfast didn’t live up to the venue’s atmosphere, and the pillows were also lacking.

The room was new, with a lot of space and good decoration, but the air‑con leaked, the shower area had a puddle, and the water didn’t drain.

The hotel is very nice with good equipment, especially the powerful air‑conditioning and the option for a warm shower— even a pampered European guest like me felt comfortable 😉— the staff were very friendly and helpful, we received water and shower items every day, direct access to the highway (which also means it’s a hassle to reach without a car), the garden was well‑maintained and beautiful, breakfast was included (Khao Tom was very good), and the value for money was top; the only downside was the fly screen in the bathroom letting those mini‑mosquitoes through.
