Nothing pleased us for the price. The only thing was the location.

The location was good. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken, so we had to haul heavy luggage up to the room floor. The silence was broken by a person dragging furniture late at night, running down the corridor, laughing, and making a lot of noise, which bothered us a lot. The water wasn’t hot; the shower was lukewarm, leaning toward cold. The room heater didn’t work, and we felt very cold at night.

“Eine Katastrophe früher war das ein normales Hotel heute nur noch um Geld schnell zu machen. NIE WIEDER!!!!!!”

Nothing. The elevator was out of service, the stairwell was dirty, the restaurant was under construction, staff were unreachable—normally until 20:00. The shower, bath, and all were not refilled; the windows had no blackout, one pane was broken and dirty, the curtain was filthy, and the toilet—see the photos. The lamp on the bed was loose, the outlet didn’t work, and TV only worked via the slow internet, so watching TV wasn’t possible and there was no manual.
