“Кошмарный отель”
The receptionist was friendly. However, the first room we got was terrible: despite not requesting a smoking room, we were handed one with huge carpet stains, peeling walls, and a bathroom that didn’t match the photos. We asked for a change because the price was high for such conditions, but the front‑desk lady kept making up excuses about no rooms being available and no one to clean, yet three hours later a room suddenly appeared. It was acceptable but still not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
