“Mala experiencia”

It was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The room was infested with ants, and even after we complained upon arrival, the receptionist’s attitude was especially disappointing: instead of helping, she gave contradictory information, tried to shift blame onto a cleaning staff member who was the only one who helped us, and repeatedly promised that the manager would contact us and provide their details, which never happened. Throughout the ordeal we felt ignored and neglected. We were made to wait over an hour inside the room while they tried to clean it, and when we returned later the problem was exactly the same. After hours of complaints, it was only around 1 a.m. that we finally got a room change. It’s unacceptable that a hotel handles a problem this way and that no one takes responsibility or shows up for guests. Definitely an experience we would never repeat or recommend. The photos might not show it well, but I have plenty of videos of a trail of ants all over the place, even under the bed where my kids slept.

“A Favorite Stay with Room to Spare”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The spacious rooms were a highlight, as my daughter, dad, and I were all able to sleep comfortably in our own beds. I particularly appreciated the two-room, two-bath layout with a sleep sofa, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although I had a bit of a struggle with the stairs to our second-floor room, the staff's accommodating nature made up for it, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

“A Clean and Convenient Stay”

My stay was pleasant, thanks to the hotel's excellent location and cleanliness. I didn't encounter any issues during my visit, which made for a smooth and hassle-free experience. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and the hotel's positives definitely outweighed any negatives.
