The manager let someone who claimed to know me into my room and opened the door, then sat there while I told him to leave; I had no permission for anyone to enter, so it was an unnecessary violation of hotel policy.

The room was dirty, and the cleaner room was also dirty.

I stayed in Room 201, and the secure entrances, key‑card access, fresh paint on walls and ceiling, and windows on the wall opposite the entrance gave me privacy to leave them open all night, but the exterior areas were dirty, the bathroom had visible water damage and an unpleasant odor, freeway noise was loud, and the mattress was uncomfortable and should be replaced.
