“Poor customer service.”
The TV and Wi‑Fi were out, so we couldn't use them during our stay, and no compensation was offered for the missing amenities even though we paid for them.
“Our stay was very comfortable and we found the room to be clean, updated and restful!”
The place was clean, the staff friendly, the location convenient, and ordering food or delivery from the menu was easy.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was very nice, and the staff were terrific, but the original room had no functioning AC, so the staff moved us with no problem.

I loved the rooms, the staff, and the cleanliness, especially considering the price, and I would recommend it to anyone. However, the food and drinks were very expensive for what we received, and the bartender took a long time to serve us.
