The surroundings were great, but there was a power problem that caused some inconvenience.

“It would have been better if they had been upfront about the type of service provided so I could prepare”

The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the kids loved the pool, but getting there was tough because Ubers avoided the area and added extra fees. There were no towels or cutlery in the room, and the restaurant shut down at 5 pm, leaving us stranded without transport. I had asked beforehand if we could eat there anytime because I had little kids, and they said yes, but they never mentioned the evening closure.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, but the rough road to the hotel was a real deterrent, and many Uber drivers charged double because of it.

“I must return here, loved the privacy”

I appreciated the spotless rooms, friendly staff, and the atmosphere was amazing—a real gem in Kisumu, totally private. The downside was the bad road leading to the property; it’s close to the CBD, but the road forces you to pay more.
