“Es war sehr schön. wunderbare Lage und tolles Ambiente”
On Sundays from 3 pm the hotel closes for the staff’s break, so the spa isn’t open after 3 pm and Monday is a closed day, meaning the spa and breakfast room are not available. This fact wasn’t communicated.
“Wunder schönes Hotel mit super Erholung”
A very nice hotel with a great spa area, excellent service, and a good kitchen/restaurant. I’d recommend it to anyone.
A peaceful location.
“Tolles Ambiente, aber schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”
The atmosphere is truly gorgeous and has a special charm. What disappointed us most was that on the departure day the spa was no longer included in the stay price and for just three hours (11–14 h) an extra €20 per person was charged. The receptionist’s reaction seemed very unfriendly; we didn’t feel our criticism was taken seriously or handled constructively. The real let‑down was not the extra fee itself but how we were treated when we raised the issue.
Die Ruhe, die Aussicht und das Personal
