The whole place was fully private, and check‑in could be done without meeting staff, which I liked. The grounds were very spacious, full of nature, and even a river was accessible, offering many ways to enjoy it. The sauna where you add your own firewood and the early‑morning campfire were special experiences. On the day of our stay, Tokyo’s city center was scorching, but the remote mountain location was cooler, so the pool water was so cold we barely used it. It seemed unlikely that the pool would ever be warm enough to swim in, so a room without a pool would have been fine. The natural setting was rich, but we encountered a huge number of insects, so if you’re not a fan of bugs, visiting in summer isn’t recommended; we spent most of our stay dealing with insect control. We also saw some unusual insects, so if you like bugs, it’s a draw, but the pests were a real hassle. The biggest issue was cleanliness: as soon as we entered, we went straight to the toilet and found several long strands of hair hanging around. The air‑conditioner vents were covered in mold, which was very uncomfortable. They seemed to care a lot about haircare and bodycare products, but we couldn’t wash them at all.

ロケーションが素晴らしく、夜には満点の星空の元焚き火で身を温めマシュマロを焼く、とても満喫できました。 サウナも最高でした。. エアコンが故障していたのかつかずヒーターのみでの部屋の暖房だったので部屋がかなり寒い状態だったのが残念でした。室内のシャワーの水圧ももう少し強いと嬉しかったです。 離れのテントもご飯中かなり寒かったので暖房設備などがあったら完璧だと思いました！
