The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful the whole time, and the room felt very spacious, comfy and pleasant; the service really stood out and made us feel warmly welcomed. When we arrived there was an issue with the room we had booked, so we had to spend the first night at a nearby sister hotel, but the team handled everything smoothly, moved all our luggage back to the proper hotel while we were out sightseeing, and everything was fixed by the time we returned, so the hiccup didn’t mar our overall experience.
