“Contournement, séjour”

The hotel managers were kind, with friendly smiles, and they kept my luggage before my train—very helpful. Thanks to them; it’s a simple but truly good hotel, perfect for a trip to Lourdes.

Very close to the sanctuary. The room was poorly sound‑proofed and quite noisy (the noise didn’t come from the street but from the hotel itself); other rooms at the hotel might be less noisy.

“Manque d'hygiène, trop de bruits la nuit”

The room was very dirty – the cleaning was not done, there was a lot of dust on the floor and around the toilet, no shower gel, towels were too small, and there was no clean space to store items or hang a coat. The rooms were not cleaned during the stay, the trash was not emptied either. The hygiene was bad, the bathrooms and toilets had a lot of dust, and the room was too noisy at night, so I had a hard time sleeping.
