The facilities were excellent.

The room was spacious and spotless, the facilities were top‑class, and the outdoor area was quite large. The only downside was the missing yogurt at breakfast and the fact that they charged for using the thermal hot tub, although it worked great.

The Chalet France smelled like sewage, the shower was either too hot or completely cold and there was no shampoo or other toiletries; the hot tub had no oil or extra towels. The dinner was terrible and unexpectedly pricey—300,00 for a cheese fondue with broccoli, cauliflower, tomato… and sausage? Seriously. The only good part was the service—excellent; all staff were super attentive!
The location was very pleasant with wonderful views, the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, the chalet was spacious and comfortable, and overall it was an excellent stay; we recommend it.
