I accompanied a blind person and it was a good stay in the city centre where almost everything was reachable on foot. I would definitely come back to this decent hotel. The building is old but has some charm; unfortunately the elevators are broken, which isn’t ideal for people with mobility issues. The breakfast was okay…?

The new rooms, free coffee, and dog‑friendly policy were great, plus direct parking access, very friendly staff, a top atmosphere, and good value for money. There were too few hooks in the bathroom, not enough towels, the beds were too high, and the TV was positioned so badly that it was hard to see from the bed.

“Zentrale Unterkunft in Nähe des Marktplatzes”

The central location with parking next to the hotel, a modern room with a box‑spring bed, a large TV, and a minibar, plus friendly staff. The elevator didn’t work, breakfast was poorly arranged, and we were asked in the breakfast room four times for our room number—coordination was lacking. The hotel’s décor was a chaotic mix of Jugendstil, modern furniture, and Chinese vases. The room lacked a large mirror, a trash can, and the bathroom had no towel holder.

“Angenehm”

The new rooms are very good. The outdoor area hasn’t been renovated yet, and the lobby and stairwell look uninviting. Once you’re in the room, though, all that fades away.

The location was good and exactly what we were looking for. It was disappointing that we weren’t told at booking that only rooms on the 5th floor were available and that the elevator was unusable. The breakfast was also poor: we arrived half an hour before closing and there was little left, it wasn’t fully prepared, and they were in a hurry to clean up. We paid a lot for very little. I would not recommend this place to others.
