The bedding was excellent, and there are restaurants and cafés nearby, with a bus stop to Pisa just a two‑minute walk away. Nobody was on site, but Simone answered quickly via WhatsApp. That wasn’t a problem for us, though there is no elevator.

Spacious and roomy room in a strategic spot to visit Marina di Pisa on foot. Excellent staff; Simone was extremely kind and gave us all the necessary information for check‑in and check‑out.

Central location, easy check‑in. Cleaning: if staying 11 nights, it would be good to have cleaning at least once. I asked for new towels after six days and was told it would cost extra.

Large, well‑equipped room, very clean, just steps from the promenade. Simone, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful, offering restaurant and breakfast recommendations. Everything was fine; I only recommend a small safe inside the room.
