I recently stayed at Hotel Sunrise and found the experience unsatisfactory; the rates were extremely high for the services and facilities offered, and I did not feel the price was justified in any way. The overall experience fell short of my expectations, especially given the cost I paid, and because of the high pricing and lack of value for money I would not recommend this hotel to others. I believe management should reconsider their pricing or improve their services to match the cost.

“Pathetic stay I ever had”

The staff were very rude and fraudulent.

“Worthless Stay!”

There was nothing that we liked about the property. There was no option for food within the hotel. Mineral water (1 liter a day) which is a basic supply, was not available in the hotel and when asked they said it was chargeable. RO water was smelly. Tea was also not served in the room
