“Very Disappointed and Angry. Unprofessional & Rude people!!! Place should be a 1-star grading!!”

I never stayed because I was told it was fully booked; the staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional. I’ve tried to contact them for three days with no response, and the host told me to cancel because they were fully booked. The pictures online were completely different from the actual place, which was dirty, smelled of tobacco and weed, and the host was unprofessional. They said they would find another place far from the current one and I’d have to arrange my own transport. I urgently need someone to contact me and REFUND MY MONEY!!! The place definitely does not have a spa and deserves only one star; it’s filthy!!!
