Unfortunately, my stay was cut short due to a frustrating experience with the hotel's check-in process and uncooperative staff. Despite paying in full online, I was unable to access my room due to a series of misunderstandings and a lack of understanding about virtual payment methods. The hotel's inflexibility and judgmental attitude made for a disappointing experience.
