The place was clean, but the facilities were really bad.

At least they had hot water, which was the only good thing. When I arrived at 22:00, they took ages to open the door and I had to ring the bell more than twice. They raised the price shown in the booking, claiming it only worked for bank transfers, so when I paid with a debit card I was charged about $4,000 extra. The next morning they told me breakfast wasn’t included, even though every hotel and hostel I’ve stayed at for work across Chile always includes breakfast.

The space was fine, but the bedding, bathrooms, and service were not.

The beds were good and basic services were fine, but I could never buy breakfast. It was very cold, the walls were thin, and I could hear every snore from the room next door.
