There was no breakfast. The shared bathroom was too small. A shared bathroom should be bigger. Also, 3 rooms are too many to be sharing one bathroom. The shower should be a separate room

“very very terrible. I wont recommend anybody to stay this place.”

It’s just near Waterloo University, others are terrible. Karol’s owner service is terrible, guests are not allowed to go inside, and very rude; I want to complain about it. Even without any proofs, they said our daughter slept in our room with us just because my daughter had to drive to pick us up at Huron Lake. I felt discriminated and judged.

The room was spotless – everything looked fresh and tidy when I walked in. It felt good to have a clean space after a long day of travel.

“A home away from home very Comfortable!”

I was blown away by how comfy everything was and the location couldn't have been better for what I needed. The moment I got there I felt right at home, even down to sleeping in my own bed. Check‑in went smoothly and Carol was genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience feel special. The only gripe? I wish I could've given it more than a perfect ten!

“Excellent for University of Waterloo visits”

The place has a nice vibe, and the host was quick to reply to any questions I had, plus the welcome was warm and friendly. The only downside was the shared bathroom – it’s a bit cramped, though it’s clean and the fixtures are decent. Overall, a solid stay for the price.
