I wasn’t given the code to enter the hotel. When I returned at 2 am, everything was shut and no one was around. I spent an hour trying to get in, eventually spotting a number on a window and calling it 4–5 times until someone answered and gave me the code. Usually hotel check‑ins can be quirky, with staff helping people who speak different languages, but in this case the staff were useless, which was very frustrating even though the place itself isn’t bad.

“Um bom fim-de-semana”

The location, amenities, and quietness were great, and the breakfast was good; the hosts were friendly and the staff were helpful. The floor in the room was damp and dirty, probably from the cleaning.
