Yellow Lamoon Hotel

The quirky décor and bright colors always put a smile on my face. The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful, and everything I needed was within close proximity. The air‑conditioners, however, could use a service check because some of them were quite noisy.

The hotel is a real charm, very pretty, clean and comfy. The staff are super friendly. Good location. The bed is super comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no lockbox in the bathroom, but that doesn’t seem common in Thailand.

“Excellent location, amazing value for money, sent friends here already, would stay again!”

I absolutely loved it! The location is great—just a short walk to the action across the bridge, yet it’s far enough away for peaceful nights. The staff were wonderful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. Getting tours with discounts was easy, and there’s a modest, beautiful temple almost attached to the hotel for morning or evening reflection.

The location was fine. I’m not used to leaving bad reviews, but the room I got faced the street, so there was no sound insulation (the window was a guide‑insulation type) and earplugs were mandatory. There was no hot water, and a small table in the room would have been nice.
