The beds were very uncomfortable, the fan (unless you request a room with air conditioning) sits in a corner and basically doesn’t work, rooms are very plain, the pool was dirty, there wasn’t enough staff, the restaurant was closed, there were no schedules for common areas, and after 12 am there were people partying without respecting other guests’ limits. They literally say “pets free” and next to my room they even took a parrot… NO, it’s not a joke, it’s real! The pillows were terrible… anyway.

The gardens are well kept but there’s too much water and you can’t walk through. The night lighting and the room size are fine. The pools were dirty, the floor in the room was dirty, there was no air conditioning, only one ceiling fan, the restaurant was closed, and there was little staff.

The location and price are good. Maintenance areas are visible and the common areas are very crowded.

The pool and the atmosphere are very nice. We didn’t have water in the room until we asked for it, and the television was broken.
