The room was beautiful with a spacious balcony, and the pools and grounds were well maintained, offering gorgeous views from our room. We arrived early and were allowed early check‑in and upgraded to a larger suite! Nothing else to mention.

Everything was great, spacious with very comfortable beach service. Everyone was super friendly. The only issue was that a waiter mistreated me several times at the main bar.

The hotel gives off classic Florida vibes and the staff were friendly, but we paid a lot more for a walk‑out beach room and there were none available when we arrived. We ended up in a room that was listed as cheaper than what we actually paid. The room itself was mediocre, with tangled wires, a musty smell, and no walk‑out feature.
