The bed was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning failed on the first night, the smart TV kept dropping from Wi‑Fi, and a loud bar outside the property played music until 2 AM.

The bathroom lacked a bidet, and the kettle was inconveniently placed far from the outlets and didn’t work.

The bed was comfy, and the complimentary shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, and daily fridge stocked with water bottles and coffee were all pleasant; the soundproofing was top‑level. The only drawback was the lack of a traditional reception, but the staff always answered WhatsApp messages and the check‑in instructions were clear.
